...is amazing. I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my Macbook and I love it. Has anybody else had good/bad experiences with it?
The only thing that I have found that annoys me is that you can't pull toolbars off of the taskbar anymore.
Docking a program on the taskbar is nice, but only for maybe one of two programs, not more.

I've been waiting to try it out too. Waiting to see if I can find a "trial" copy.
Does the x64 OS emulate x86 apps ok? E.g. games? |

Yea, it's been doing it pretty well so far for COD4, L4D, and CS:S.

Windows 7 is awesome.
I have 64-bit Professional, runs well so far with all of my programs/software.
Takes a bit of getting used to, but all in all, without question it operates significantly better than Vista ever did, and far more efficiently.
The only thing I didn't like was that Aero was turned on out of the box, but that's easy enough to turn off if you don't like it.
